WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

We have assignments available to help our insurance carrier, MGA, or wholesale broker clients in Commercial Underwriter – Agriculture & Farm positions. Responsibilities include: Evaluate and underwrite farm and agricultural insurance risks, including property, liability, commercial auto, and farm operations exposures. Review applications, inspection reports, loss histories, and financial information to determine eligibility and pricing. Apply underwriting guidelines to assess risk and determine appropriate coverage, terms and conditions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent agents and brokers. Provide underwriting guidance and support to agents regarding farm risks and coverage solutions. Monitor portfolio performance and make recommendations to maintain profitability. Collaborate with loss control, claims, and product teams to improve underwriting outcomes. Stay informed on industry trends, agricultural practices and regulatory requirements.

TO BECOME A WORK-AT-HOME VINTAGE EXPERT, WE REQUIRE

25 years of full-time work experience 10 most recent years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience specifically with underwriting of Agricultural & Farm business
