Must possess a SECRET Security Clearance Experience Required Experience and operational knowledge of MARCENT Joint Training Information Management Systems (JTIMS) preferred Experience and operational knowledge of MARCENT exercise design, planning, execution, and assessment Strong writing, analytical, and reading skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate Ten years' military experience Job Objective Under a five-year contract, the MARCENT Exercise Analyst will support the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands. The scope includes providing professional services at MARCENT located aboard MacDill Air Force Base (AFB), Florida, supporting operations both within and outside the continental United States (CONUS and OCONUS). The analyst will support the Operations Directorate (G-3), advising the COMUSMARCENT on operations, training, readiness, personnel recovery, and force protection, and coordinating force requirements and global force management. Responsibilities Provide exercise analysis services supporting MARCENT exercise design, planning, execution, and assessment of the INTREPID MAVEN series and other exercises as directed by MARCENT G-3. Assist in managing four annual INTREPID MAVEN events. Develop and review exercise objectives, concepts, METLs, training plans, budgets, force deployment data, and force protection plans, ensuring compliance with higher headquarters requirements and doctrine. Maintain exercise-related web pages, historical files, and documentation in accordance with records management policies. Assist in maintaining JTIMS data. Coordinate exercise planning conferences, including writing messages, taking minutes, developing presentations, scenarios, and injects, and arranging travel. Organize and assist with exercise planning conferences and site surveys. Prepare briefings for senior officials and external units. Support other exercises or subject matter exchanges as needed. Work Location & Travel MARCENT, MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida Support projected travel to multiple countries across the CENTCOM AOR, including Bahrain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, and others, with the ability to travel on short notice to support personnel recovery and training.
