Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 1 , for the K-12 School operation at Fountain Hills USD , a beautiful campus with 1100 enrollment located in Fountain Hills, AZ. This position will report to the District Manager for Arizona and manage a staff of up to 8 employees. We are seeking a hands‑on General manager with flexibility to assimilate between back of the house to front of the house as needed. What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations while ensuring fulfillment of all contract commitments Foster a positive work environment and maintain strong employee relations Drive financial performance with strong acumen, achieving company and client goals Manage multiple locations while sustaining client satisfaction and retention Serve as a trusted advisor, fully integrated within the client’s leadership team Lead growth by developing strategy and delivering exceptional student experiences through marketing, menu design, and food quality What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
