Responsibilities Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process: Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as needed. Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with physicians, supervisors, and team members as appropriate. Participate in discharge planning processes. Qualifications Minimum Education: Associate’s degree required. Certifications: BLS certification required within 30 days of hire. Required Skills: Valid RN license to practice in Alabama.
