The Opportunity Brown & Partners is currently hiring a Full-Time Direct Sales Representative to help represent nationally recognized brands while developing leadership and business skills inside our organization. This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training provided. No previous sales experience is required - we train from the ground up. Represent Major Brands You'll work directly with Fortune 500 clients and become the face of nationally recognized products and services in the community. No Sitting Behind a Desk Our team works directly with customers face-to-face using targeted territories and lead generation systems. Every day is active, competitive, and different. Responsibilities Work with customers using targeted lead lists in the Upstate area Manage and maintain assigned territories Conduct face-to-face sales presentations with residential Door-to-Door and small business customers Represent clients professionally at local events and community campaigns Build and maintain customer relationships Provide customer service support for accounts generated Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Qualifications Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face Self-motivated with a positive attitude Coachable and willing to learn Ability to work independently and within a team Reliable transportation throughout the Upstate area Confidence in public speaking and presenting is a plus Weekly Schedule Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Team Training & Zoom Meetings 1:30 PM - 7:30 PM: In-Person Field Work Saturday: As needed Compensation & Growth Paid training program provided with Training Base, Commissions, and bonuses Weekly pay opportunities for full-time employees Commission structure with uncapped earning potential Weekly and monthly bonuses New Hire Bonus of $1500 for qualifying candidates Part-time and internship opportunities are also available with commission-based options.
