Senior Technical Consultant

To support the IT support and systems optimization department, the remote Senior Tyler Munis Technical Consultant will configure and implement security roles, enhance user access, and collaborate with project managers to ensure optimal system security and efficiency. Key responsibilities Configure, modify, and implement Tyler Munis security roles, permissions, and workflows Evaluate and enhance existing role structures and user access to improve operational workflows Support system testing and troubleshoot issues related to security configurations Required qualifications 7+ years of hands-on experience in Tyler Munis technical administration and configuration Deep expertise in configuring Tyler Munis security, roles, permissions, and workflows Experience implementing ERP security and role optimization initiatives Strong technical knowledge of Tyler Munis modules including Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Purchasing Proficiency in role-based security, access governance, and segregation of duties (SoD)
