Financial Analyst

Overview A growing organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate directly with operational leadership to drive profitability, improve staffing efficiency, and identify cost-saving opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, with healthcare experience considered a plus. Salary Range: $75,000–$95,000 Key Responsibilities Analyze monthly performance against budget and prior year benchmarks. Support contract renegotiations and pricing strategies with financial histories, staffing estimates, and projections. Develop financial models and forecasts based on historical data and pricing assumptions. Collaborate with contract administrators to ensure alignment with pricing strategies. Conduct monthly operational reviews and recommend improvements in pricing, staffing, and resource use. Provide financial analysis and reporting for senior leadership and operational teams. Prepare business reviews for presentation to external stakeholders. Perform ad hoc statistical and financial analysis as needed. Analyze financial implications of new business opportunities. Track trends in cash collections and procedure volumes from third-party billing sources. Support contract-related financial analysis and accruals. Assist in the development of the annual budget aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field. Strong analytical and modeling skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience in healthcare finance is a plus.
