We specialize in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage restoration, biohazard and sewage cleanup, and emergency restoration services. We work with property managers, HOAs, real estate professionals, and commercial buildings to help them respond quickly to property emergencies.Role and Responsibilities:You will mainly focus on relationship building and company visibility.Business Development:Visit apartment complexes and property management officesIntroduce Mr. & Mrs. Restore servicesLeave marketing materials and contact informationBuild relationships with property managers and leasing officesNetworking & Outreach:Attend local business events or chamber meetingsConnect with real estate officesVisit construction companies and maintenance teamsLead Generation:Identify buildings and businesses that may need restoration servicesCollect contact information for decision makersSchedule meetings for the ownerSocial Presence (Optional):Help record short videos of projectsShare company updates on LinkedIn / InstagramPromote company brand locallyIdeal CandidatePerfect for students from:Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU)Hodges UniversityNaples community collegesTraits:Friendly and confident, good communicator, organized, comfortable meeting new people, interest in sales or entrepreneurship, no restoration experience required.Compensation:$20/hourPaid internshipWeekly work planKey Objectives:Visit 10–15 properties per weekSchedule 3–5 meetingsAdd 20 new contacts to CRM
