Senior Consultant - Functional, Allegro

Better insights are in sight, and you’ll take an active role in leading the way. Your main role will be to analyze the system design and provide consulting support, but you’ll also gain insight into clients’ strategic business directions, issues, and project goals. Consider yourself a liaison between client/user-functionality and our developers – translating specific configuration needs into actionable tasks, all while critiquing business processes and objectives. As a Senior Consultant, your main goal is to ensure that the system is a helpful tool to support business objectives. The Non-Negotiables 5+ years of experience within CTRM or ETRM systems, specifically with Allegro solutions, backed with strong industry knowledge (Power, Gas, etc.) Ability to understand supply chain, commodity lifecycles, and financial systems and how they help solve complex business problems for specific markets. Ability to validate software solutions to meet business needs and ensure quality implementation. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to think through complex scenarios. Someone who is interested in learning different client scenarios and environments and wants to help each client with their unique business needs in E/CTRM. Experience with training and enabling junior team members BS in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering or equivalent. Nice to Have Experience with SQL Understanding of CTRM adjacent software systems, like SAP, and agile project management Job Responsibilities Create or maintain technical solutions for CTRM systems. This can come in the form of helping with a system implementation, upgrade, or enhancements. Design and architect customizations within the system, per client specifications. Contribute to the development of Object-Oriented system designs. Ensure proper software design for scalability, robustness, maintainability, and integration with other components and systems. Participate in validation of test cases Gain an understanding of front, mid and back offices to help properly help capSpire meet client business needs.
