Senior Manager, HR Business Partner

About the Role Senior Manager, HR Business Partner for the global Finance organization. The role partners closely with finance leadership across regions to align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure organizational health. Reporting to the Director, HR, this position shapes the Finance talent agenda, supports organizational design and workforce planning, leads employee relations, and drives culture, engagement, and change initiatives in a complex, global environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior finance leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development across the global footprint. Drive talent and leadership development, including performance management, succession planning, and high‑potential identification. Lead complex employee relations matters, such as investigations, performance management, and risk mitigation, in partnership with Legal and HR Centers of Excellence. Support change initiatives related to finance transformations, reorganizations, system implementations, and M&A activity. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence on compensation, rewards, engagement, and culture initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise programs and standards. Use HR data and insights (e.g., attrition, engagement, performance outcomes, succession readiness) to inform decision‑making and advise leaders. Coach leaders on effective people leadership, policy application, and Carrier leadership behaviors. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner role. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience supporting finance, corporate, or professional client groups. Experience supporting global or multi‑region organizations. Strong analytical capability and comfort using data to influence leader decisions. Strong background in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organization. Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 and $234,500.00 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
