$100,000–$140,000 Base + Commission (OTE $200,000+) A growing New York contractor is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to help expand its presence across the high-end residential, hospitality, multifamily and commercial property markets. This role is all about building relationships and creating opportunities. We're looking to speak with professionals who already have strong networks within the New York property and construction market, particularly with: Property Developers Property Owners Architects & Design Firms High-End Residential Builders General Contractors Property Managers Owner's Representatives Candidates may come from backgrounds including: Construction Business Development Building Products Restoration / Roofing / Building Envelope Property Services The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing long-term client relationships and helping grow an already well-established contractor across the New York market.
