Registered Dental Hygienist

Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, including scaling and root planing, to maintain and improve patient oral health.
Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive oral health evaluations, including periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings.
Diagnostics: Capture high-quality dental radiographs and intraoral images for diagnostic review by the dentists.
Health Education: Provide personalized instruction on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies to empower patients.
Infection Control: Maintain strict adherence to sterilization and safety protocols to ensure a sterile and safe clinical environment.
Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and a positive office workflow.
Customer Service: Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism, providing exceptional support to both patients and colleagues.

full-time $48 - $52 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

- Work Hours: Looking for someone long term to work Mondays and Tuesdays 8:30-5:30
- Breaks: 30-60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
- Holiday Shifts: Occasional holiday shifts

Licensure: Valid and current State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Education: Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on patient interaction.
Attributes: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ethics: Commitment to professionalism and high standards of patient care.

Experience: Previous experience in a high-tech or modern dental clinical setting is advantageous.
