Average Weekly Pay: $1,672 gross average ($86,962 annualized target) Top 10% Weekly Pay: Up to $2,020 gross per week ($105,023 annualized target) Mileage Pay Scale: $0.70 to $0.84 CPM based on experience Unload Pay: $320 per load (~3 loads per week using store roller conveyors) Bonus Incentives: Eligible for up to $2,000 Summer Retention Bonus Work Schedule & Time Off: 6-day driving rotation (Sunday–Friday or Monday–Saturday) with a full 34-hour weekly rest window over the weekend.
