Basic swimming ability required to apply. No lifeguard experience needed; all lifeguard training and necessary certifications are provided by Euvori. $17.00 starting pay with quarterly pay raises. Select locations are open 365 days a year. Employees working at one location are eligible to pick up shifts or transfer to any of our other locations for greater flexibility and year-round work opportunities. What We Do Lifeguards spend the majority of their time scanning the water for signs of distress or drowning. We perform several proactive interventions throughout the year, including notifying swimmers of pool rules, jumping in to assist struggling swimmers, and more.
