Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment while handling a variety of administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Managevendor relations, including communication and follow‑up. Process and trackinvoicesaccurately and on time. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office space. Order and manage inventory for uniforms and office supplies. Communicate with guests regarding invoices, catering orders, and other inquiries. Support the onboarding process for new team members, including paperwork and orientation preparation. Assist with document organization, filing, and record‑keeping. Prepare end‑of‑month packages and other administrative reports. Provide support for special projects and other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Positive attitude, professionalism, and discretion with sensitive information.
