Responsibilities

• Design and execute onboarding, skill development, and leadership training for US sales teams
• Develop clinical expertise and business development training across multiple product lines
• Plan and facilitate national sales meetings, manager meetings, and product launch training events
• Build management and leadership development pipelines for current and future leaders
• Coordinate field sales trainers and evaluate training effectiveness through field engagement

Requirements

• Experience designing and executing sales training programs at enterprise scale
• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design
• Leadership experience managing training departments and talent development
• Knowledge of medical device or pharmaceutical sales training environments
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency developing management and leadership development curricula
