Preferred qualifications: Experience formally or informally mentoring other product managers. Strong consumer UX and visual product intuition, with a track record of building high-craft consumer mobile, visual discovery, media consumption, social, or commerce experiences. Entrepreneurial drive with demonstrated success navigating ambiguity, taking 0-to-1 concepts to scale, and balancing bold product innovation with core metrics at scale. Advanced ability to influence and align cross-functional partners and senior executives on long-term product strategy. Passion for reimagining consumer products for the AI era, with experience building experiences powered by Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Recommender Systems, or Multimodal/Large Language Models. Reimagine the end-to-end visual search journey, evolving how users browse, inspect, and interact with visual content to support both everyday lookups and open-ended, exploratory journeys. Leverage Google's latest advancements in Generative Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models, and multimodal understanding to unlock more intuitive, expressive, and helpful visual search experiences. Partner closely with UX, Research, and Engineering teams to elevate visual craft, interaction design, and ranking quality across the product. Generate cross-functional and executive alignment across Search, Shopping, and Advertising leadership to deliver cohesive user journeys.
