Hourly Pay Range: $29.68 - $46.00 – salary determined by expertise and years of experience. Position Highlights: Sign‑on bonus: $10,000. Position: Radiologic Technologist II Location: Swedish Hours: M W T F 12pm-8:30pm, Sat/Sun 2:30-11 – every other Travel: No What You Will Do Perform radiographic exams, obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort. Oversee the ortho workflow and efficiency, ensuring a high level of patient experience and professionalism. Handle patient recovery and monitor exam delays to track productivity trends. Act as the contact person for the practice manager while maintaining productive relationships with all employees in the medical group. Apply strong problem‑solving skills and knowledge of API, Radiant and Intelerad. Perform evaluations and ensure all technicians are up to date on licenses, CPR, DevelopU classes and flu shots. Onboard new employees and schedule front desk, CT, MRI, and X‑ray staff. Place supply orders and address equipment and building issues with appropriate parties. Assist where needs arise at the sites. What You Will Need License: IEMA licensing required. Education: Certificate or Associate’s degree from an accredited radiology program. Certification: CPR certification required; ARRT registered. Experience: 2–3 years of previous tech experience; leadership/supervisory experience preferred. Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required.
