Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Neuro Trauma

Location: Portsmouth, NH

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Job Description: Join our dedicated team in the Progressive Care Neuro Trauma unit, where you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care for patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will utilize your nursing skills to monitor and treat patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' vital signs and manage telemetry.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans.
• Perform and assist in procedures such as chest tubes and EEGs.
• Provide education and support to patient families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Telemetry step-down experience is a must.
• Neuro and trauma experience is preferred.
