Drax is seeking an HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental programs at our renewable energy facilities. You will develop and implement HSE strategies, ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations, and drive a strong safety culture across operations. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, leading incident investigations, managing audits and inspections, and coordinating emergency response plans. You will coach leaders and frontline teams, deliver training, and track HSE performance metrics. This role partners closely with operations and engineering to support continuous improvement and safe, sustainable biomass and power generation.
