This is a hands-on, execution-driven role focused on high-volume recruiting, direct sourcing, and closing talent in competitive markets. Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment across high-volume requisitions
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, etc.)
- Conduct phone screens, candidate assessments, and interview coordination
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and adjust strategies in real-time
- Drive offer management and closing, including navigating counteroffers and competitive situations
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines while managing multiple open roles simultaneously
- Track and manage candidate activity within ATS and ensure accurate reporting
- Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate and stakeholder experience
- 20+ years of recruiting experience (agency or high-volume corporate recruiting strongly preferred)
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced hiring environments
- Strong background in direct sourcing/headhunting (not reliant on inbound applicants)
- Demonstrated ability to close candidates in highly competitive markets
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring managers simultaneously
- Comfortable being on the phone-strong communication and influencing skills are critical
- Experience managing demanding stakeholders with professionalism and urgency
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and passion for recruiting
- Fully onsite Monday-Thursday (Ashburn, VA) - no exceptions
- Remote Fridays

- Someone who enjoys the hunt, the process, and the close
