Employment Type Full-time Requirements Dentrix Dexis Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) is required. Certifications: Sealant Certificate required; Laser Certification is highly desired (but not mandatory). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dentrix and Dexis software. Experience: At least 1 year of Dental Hygiene experience is preferred. Soft Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients of all ages, demonstrating a compassionate chairside manner. Job Description Clinical Care: Perform dental prophylaxis, including scaling, root planing, and laser curettage. Preventative Treatment: Apply sealants and educate patients on proper oral hygiene and long-term preventive care. Diagnostics: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, take high-quality X-rays, and capture intraoral photographs. Patient Management: Manage patient flow efficiently to remain on schedule while ensuring a compassionate, positive experience for every patient. Administrative & Safety: Maintain accurate, detailed dental records and strictly follow infection control procedures using aseptic techniques.
