What You Do Conduct deep-dive research on prospective clients, industries, and competitive landscapes to build comprehensive company profiles. Support the end-to-end development, timeline management, and submission logistics for RFP responses. Coordinate the materials and logistics for virtual and in-person pitches to ensure flawless presentations. Manage internal new business meetings by setting strategic agendas, capturing clear notes, and tracking action items. Maintain organized project documentation to keep active opportunities moving smoothly through the sales process. Curate and update proposal content and templates within Loopio to ensure all sales materials remain current. Maintain precise opportunity data in Salesforce to support accurate team reporting and forecasting. Document internal processes, best practices, and lessons learned to help the growth team scale and work smarter.
