The Wendy's brand is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, training staff, and ensuring top-notch customer experience.

Lead a multi-talented team

Identify and recruit 5-Star talent to create a stellar team
Provide coaching and development to enhance team performance
Create a fun and inviting work environment that values every team member
Ensure fresh food and excellent service to exceed customer expectations
Drive store sales and profit goals through effective leadership

What you bring to the table:

Prior experience in leading people, preferably in a foodservice environment
High school diploma or GED (additional education or military background is a plus)
Demonstrated ability to manage operations in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
Flexible work availability

You're willing and able to:

Travel to different locations as required
Handle physical tasks like standing for long periods and lifting weights
Work in various weather conditions
Operate restaurant equipment efficiently
