Job Title: Valet Trash Porter — Part-Time (Evenings)

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 / hour

Employment Type: Part-Time (10–15 hours/week)

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM (On-site by 7:55 PM sharp)

Work Location: Local Apartment Communities

Position Overview

National Doorstep Pickup is hiring hardworking, reliable Valet Trash Porters to perform nightly door-to-door trash and recycling collection at apartment communities. You will collect bagged waste from resident doorsteps, log collections via our mobile app, and transport waste quietly to the property's on-site compactor using your own pickup truck. Paid field training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

Door-to-Door Collection: Walk assigned apartment routes, climb continuous flights of stairs, and collect bagged household waste and blue-bag recyclables from resident doorsteps.

App Verification: Log route progress, access secure gate codes, and upload timestamped GPS photos using the Proof of Pickup® smartphone app for every shift.

Transport & Disposal: Haul collected waste safely across the property using your pickup truck and deposit all materials into the on-site compactor or dumpster bay.

Quality & Discretion: Operates quietly to avoid disturbing residents, maintain clean source-separation protocols, and report resident non-compliance or property violations in the app.

Communication: Maintain daily check-in and operational contact with your Valet Field District Manager.

Mandatory Requirements

Vehicle: Must own and operate a clean, late-model pickup truck with valid auto insurance listing your name on the policy (Strictly NO vans, SUVs, or sedans).

Licensing & Documentation: Valid driver's license, Social Security card/Tax ID, and ability to pass a standard background check.

Technology: iOS or Android smartphone with an active data plan, GPS, and camera.

Physical Fitness: Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and push 25–50 lbs and climb 3–4 flights of stairs continuously.

Reliability: Prepared to work outdoors 5 nights a week in all weather conditions (cold, rain, or shine).

Language: Must speak fluent English.

Former Military Service Members strongly encouraged to apply.

Independent business entities (LLCs, Incs, and 1099/Federal Tax ID holders) welcome for long-term contract work.
