Key Responsibilities\n

  • Engage in regular collaboration with team members through staff meetings, group supervision, and one-on-one check-ins with clinical supervisors.

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.

  • Provide individual and couples therapy using evidence-based techniques that promote personal growth and well-being.

  • Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, ensuring that progress is tracked and documented effectively throughout the therapy process.

  • Deliver teletherapy services to accommodate clients' unique circumstances, ensuring continuity of care for those unable to attend in-person sessions.

  • Stay informed about the latest therapeutic methods and integrate relevant new approaches into practice to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our center, you will provide care for a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing various challenges faced by individuals and families, from coping with anxiety and depression to navigating relationship dynamics. Every client is unique, and your role will involve utilizing various therapeutic modalities to meet their distinct needs.

Qualifications\n

  • Must hold a valid LMFT license in the State of California.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required, with a preference for candidates who possess a Master's degree in Counseling or Psychology.

  • Demonstrated experience working with both adults and child/adolescent populations, with a strong focus on individual and couples therapy.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience with a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.
