We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate new business opportunities. This is a key role within our organisation, responsible for shaping our marketing strategy to support our market expansion goals.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing strategies to align with the company's business objectives.
• Overseeing all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and our company website, to enhance our online presence.
• Creating and managing the production of compelling marketing collateral, such as case studies, white papers, brochures, and client testimonials.
• Conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends, analyse competitor activities, and discover new opportunities for growth.
• Planning and executing promotional events, webinars, and campaigns to engage prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
• Collaborating closely with our consulting and business development teams to ensure marketing initiatives are fully integrated with sales efforts.
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and key performance indicators.
• Managing the marketing budget effectively and ensuring all activities deliver maximum value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, preferably within a B2B or professional services environment such as a consultancy firm.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• A strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing tactics and strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM software.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strategic and creative mindset, with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
