Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions
- Build and maintain LWC, Apex, and integrations
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and product owners
- Troubleshoot production issues and mentor junior developers
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud
- MuleSoft or other integration platforms
- Agent force and Einstein AI experience
- Healthcare/Payer domain experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (PD II and other certifications are a plus)
- Strong expertise in Apex programming.
- Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
- Experience building automation using Salesforce Flows.
- Hands-on experience with Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and platform best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
