Pay Rate: $19.47 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site‑specific access‑control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location. Monitor access points, verify credentials, screen authorized visitors and contractors, and maintain accurate visitor and vehicle entry records. Control access to restricted production, warehouse, office, and perimeter areas in accordance with established site procedures. Respond to access‑related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, the facility, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support compliance with site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
