Provider’s Role with the Company: EP Cardiologist

• Electrophysiologist
• Location: Knoxville, TN
• Call is 1/3; may provide assistance with general call while on weekend call
• Coverage of the inpatient EP Service, consisting of inpatient consults and rounding
• Coverage of the EP lab to include pacemaker/defibrillator implants, EP studies, and ablations.
• 337 licensed beds
• 30 critical care beds
• 39 emergency beds
• 29 surgery suites
• 4 cath labs & 2 EP labs
• 24 LDRP suites

Background Profile: EP Cardiologist

• Board Certified or Board Eligible EP Cardiologist
• Ability to hold an unrestricted state of Tennessee MD or DO licensure
