Estimator / Pre-construction Coordinator

InfraHire is looking for an Estimator or Preconstruction Coordinator in SC location




- Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential construction projects.
- Review construction plans and specifications to ensure accurate project scoping.
- Coordinate pre-construction activities to assess project feasibility.
- Gather and analyze quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Develop preliminary project budgets and maintain cost records.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to refine scopes of work.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support project scheduling and control.
- Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and company procedures during pre-construction.
- Utilize construction estimating software, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
- Communicate effectively with clients, design professionals, suppliers, and internal team members.
