What You’ll Do:
Prepare, pull, and stage equipment for upcoming events
Load and unload trucks with accuracy and care
Clean, inspect, and maintain inventory (tents, flooring, furnishings, equipment)
Ensure all equipment leaving the warehouse is event-ready
Support organization and cleanliness of the warehouse at all times
Work closely with crew leads and operations to ensure smooth execution

What This Role Requires:
This is a hands-on role in a working warehouse environment. It includes:
Early mornings, long days, and occasional weekends
Working in varying weather conditions
Physical labor and fast-paced execution
