Unit Manager/House Supervisor (LPN/RN) Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise shifts to ensure seamless operation of the unit

• Manage staff to ensure high-quality resident care and satisfaction

• Ensure the smooth running of the building, addressing any needs or concerns that may arise

• Provide guidance and support to staff members to promote teamwork and efficiency

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow

Unit Manager/House Supervisor (LPN/RN) Requirements:

• Current Missouri state nursing license

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
