Urologist Position

Location: Hagerstown, MD

Compensation: $650,000 Base Salary + Up to $250,000 Performance Bonus

This role offers a competitive base salary of $650,000, with the potential for an additional performance bonus of up to $250,000 based on experience. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced robotics, alongside a collaborative team consisting of four urologists and two nurse practitioners.

The position is situated within a growing academic environment that provides opportunities for teaching. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, featuring dedicated surgical block time.

This position involves delivering comprehensive urological care in a high-volume, modern setting:

• Utilization of two Da Vinci robots for minimally invasive surgeries
• Access to 16 advanced operating rooms
• Operation within a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center
• Full range of urologic surgeries, including robotic, laparoscopic, and open procedures

• Work in a dedicated urology clinic with a strong referral network
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Engage in telehealth and office-based procedures
• Receive support from experienced nurse practitioners and clinical staff

You will treat adult patients with a variety of urological conditions, including:

• Prostate diseases (BPH, prostate cancer)
• Kidney stones and related disorders
• Bladder cancer and dysfunction
• Kidney cancer and renal masses
• Male infertility and sexual health issues
• Female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery needs

Care typically involves robotic surgery, endoscopic procedures, cancer treatment, and management of acute urological conditions.
