JTDMH 200 St. Clair Street St. Marys, OH 45885, USA JTDMH 200 St. Clair Street St. Marys, OH 45885, USA EveryOther Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required Duties and Key Responsibilities Plans production activities (and/or assists co-workers, as needed) to ensure appropriate and timely production of food to fulfill menu requirements. Portions/serves food neatly and attractively. Maintains established portion control when portioning/serving foods. Covers, labels, and dates all opened, prepped, or leftover food items placed in storage. Prepares food items according to standardized recipes; produces a quality product. Checks temperatures of food products to verify that cooking and holding temperatures are within acceptable ranges; corrects temperature problems. Maintains frozen and refrigerated food storage area by assisting with storing deliveries, rotating stock, on a FIFO method, and keeping walk-in freezer and coolers neat and orderly. Requirements Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs. Education/Certifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience Quality cooking experience preferred; food service experience preferred.
