Registered Nurse Charge Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a Registered Nurse Charge Supervisor to lead clinical operations, support staff development, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate patient-centered care. Responsibilities Coaching, mentoring, performance management, recruiting, and staff training. Developing work plans, managing patient flow, providing direct patient care, documenting in EMR systems, assisting providers, and supporting diagnostic procedures. Collaborating with healthcare teams, managing referrals, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. Qualifications Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing Active RN license in OR and WA (dual licensure required within 120 days) Minimum one year of RN experience Two years of supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of nursing practices, medication effects, and effective communication skills Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred for bilingual differential compensation Proficiency with basic computer programs BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS/PALS are preferred Ability to travel between clinic sites Benefits Competitive pay, benefits, and a bonus structure for hiring and retention. #J-18808-Ljbffr MEP Health
