Food Manufacturing Machine Operator

Machine Operator Start Immediately

What You'll Do
- Operate production machinery including mixers and the front end of tortilla production lines safely and efficiently
- Start up equipment at the start of each shift and verify proper operation; report issues immediately
- Replace mesh and Teflon belts to maintain continuous production flow
- Adjust machine settings to meet product specs for size, weight, and quality
- Verify recipes and system settings during changeovers using the Plex ERP system
- Complete production documentation accurately and enter data into system applications
- Monitor and record production waste and report discrepancies
- Use HMI/ERP systems to input data and adjust oven temperatures and belt speeds
- Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs including weighing and adding ingredients to mixers
Pay & Schedule
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM (MondayFriday)
- Pay: $22.50/hr weekly pay!
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
