Hospice Staff RN

Hebrew SeniorLife seeks a compassionate Hospice Staff RN Per Diem to deliver person-centered end-of-life care for older adults in home and facility settings. The RN completes comprehensive assessments, develops and updates care plans, manages pain and symptoms, and provides skilled nursing interventions. This role collaborates closely with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides, while educating and supporting patients and families.
