Job Type: Full-Time (W2)

Pay: $16-$25/hr+

What you'll do

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot fiber optic internet, and telephone based on guidelines
• Install, setup and configure all equipment
• Identify and try to remedy sources of customer-perceived issues
• Review all requested services with the customer in order to ensure understanding and agreement
• Educate the customer regarding product and service usage
• Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

What you'll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company without needed sponsorship
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Must reside within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC
• Valid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely : occasional entry into attics and crawl spaces, work at heights and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
• Occasionally : use ladder, keyboard and mouse
