Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT.Basic Qualifications• Bachelor of science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline or equivalent experience• Experience in systems engineering lifecycle development, requirements decomposition, and application of processes and tools• Experience with Radar and Electronic Warfare principles and sensor operations• Familiarity with antennas and/or Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) designs and integrations• Experience working independently and in cross functional or small technical teamsDesired Skills• Experience with Radar, EW, and/or sensor hardware design, physical interfaces, and sensor integration onto airborne platforms• Experience with Supplier Management• Familiarity with Agile Methodology and processes• Familiarity with use of Confluence and JIRA• Understanding of LM systems engineering processes• Experience with Military and/or Government programs• Strong oral and written communication skillsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
