A little about the job....

Interprets physicians' drug orders and supplies nursing units with proper medications for administration to patients and personnel.
Answers questions related to medication regimens to provide optimum patient care.
Provide patient medication education when requested.

Qualifications for the job...

Graduates from accredited school of Pharmacy and currently licensed and registered by State Board of Pharmacy.
Prefer oncology experience Prefer a knowledge of sterile compounding (USP797)
Prefer a knowledge of safe handling of hazardous drugs (USP800)
Prefer a knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program
Prefer a history of supervising pharmacist responsibilities
