About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Holly Hill Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and developing individualized care plans for our residents

• Administering medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians

• Monitoring and documenting resident progress, identifying and reporting changes and concerns

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Educating residents, families, and caregivers on care plans and instructions

• Maintaining accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and standards

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current Maryland RN licensure

• Minimum 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Ability to work variable shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
