About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Administrative Officer to provide transformational leadership and strategic direction for its administrative operations. The successful candidate will be the first to hold this pivotal role, working closely with the Mayor to define and shape the city's administrative framework. Key responsibilities include operational leadership, strategic advising, department oversight, budget and policy management, and community and stakeholder engagement. The role demands a leader with a Bachelor's degree in public administration or a related field, at least 10 years' of experience in municipal or public sector management, and a strong knowledge of government operations, policy development, and budget administration. The Chief Administrative Officer will be expected to promote a culture of accountability, inclusion, and transparency, and to drive strategic initiatives that enhance municipal services and support the city's growth and success.
