Physicians own and operate their own practice entity while MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational support services. This is not an employed physician position. Physicians may establish or transition a practice in a preferred market, subject to state licensure and applicable regulatory requirements. The physician governs clinical operations, clinical decisions, and sets patient care policies. MedCBO does not direct patient care. About MedCBO MedCBO is a healthcare administrative services organization that supports physicians in operating independent medical practices across multiple U.S. markets. The service model is structured to align with corporate practice of medicine (CPOM) principles. Physicians maintain ownership and clinical control of their medical entity while MedCBO provides non‑clinical administrative and operational support. Opportunity Description We work with physicians seeking to: Start a new private practice Transition from employment to ownership Convert an existing practice to a supported model Relocate and establish a practice in a new market MedCBO supports administrative and operational functions while the physician independently operates the medical practice.
