State Tested Nursing Assistant / STNA

Job Summary:

Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and motivated State Tested Nursing Assistant / STNA to join our team of healthcare professionals in a full-time role. Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to ensure accurate and timely documentation
Maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Demonstrate a commitment to our company's mission and values

Requirements:

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
1 year of experience in a long-term care setting (preferred)
Ability to relocate to East Palestine, OH before starting work
Ability to work in person
