Academic Tutor and Mentor

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a public school, providing academic support, small-group tutoring, and one-on-one mentoring to help students stay on track. You’ll collaborate with teachers to reinforce classroom instruction, monitor student progress, and lead activities that build social-emotional skills. Working on a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll model leadership, foster an inclusive environment, and participate in ongoing training and professional development while making a direct impact on students’ success.
