About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Education Sales to lead its District Sales team in a mission to expand access to healthcare for all children. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and the unique needs of diverse school districts. This role involves overseeing sales operations, recruiting and developing a high-performing team, and building scalable, data-driven systems to enhance efficiency and support the company's mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations or leadership, with a focus on public sector, education, or government sales, and experience in healthcare sales is highly valued. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Education Sales include leading the sales team in managing complex sales cycles, establishing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that sales strategies align with organizational goals. The role requires a leader who is strategic, adaptable, and passionate about the mission of the company. The candidate should be an excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and be adept at using data to drive decisions and optimize strategies. A background in public sector sales, including an understanding of procurement processes, RFPs, and government contracting, is essential, as is a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
