The Audio Engineer is responsible for the daily hotel audiovisual operations within the Audio Department. The position requires that all levels of service and operational standards are met and exceeded in the perception of our clients and customers.The compensation for this position is between $75,000 and $82,000.What you would do:Prep, set, and strike audio-visual equipment and keep inventory updated at all timesConsistently keep track of inventory and ensure orders are completed in a timely fashionOperate AV equipment with full understanding of signal flow and equipment specificationsDetermine equipment shortages while preparing equipment orders and offer substitutionsKeep open lines of communication with management at all timesFollow strict guidelines and a rigid scheduleProfessionally represent INSPIRE and follow grooming and attire policies in placeContinue our long-standing respectful relationship with clients and hotel staffWork in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where input is always appreciatedProtect company equipment as if it were your own and report any damages to respective personnelMaintain a clean and safe working environment at all timesAny other duties that are assignedMinimum Requirements:A minimum of 3 years of experience directly with audio within hospitality and/or live eventsFlexible with the work scheduleStrong customer service and overall communication skillsYou can lift at least 50 pounds on your ownSkills and Specifications:A self-starter who can lead but also works well with othersAn excellent organizer, good communicator, and motivatorService-oriented individuals who are always willing to help the teamA hard worker who doesn't mind working long hours and holidaysBenefits:INSPIRE Solutions is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the health, well-being, and financial security of our team members.
