Healthcare Recruiters International (HCRI) is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for an outpatient opportunity. This role provides assessment, therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services for individuals experiencing mental health and co-occurring substance use challenges. Responsibilities

• Complete mental health assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Deliver crisis intervention and short-term counseling
• Conduct patient triage and high-risk case reviews
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary treatment teams
• Provide case management and community referrals
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in treatment planning and team meetings
• Assist with program development and quality initiatives
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• Oregon LPC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure
• Experience providing mental health assessment and therapy services
• Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria
• Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred
• CADC I preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and crisis intervention skills
