This mid-level role centers on creating visual content that strengthens the organization's brand and communicates its mission across all platforms.### Responsibilities* Design marketing materials and event assets that reflect brand identity* Maintain visual consistency across social media, digital campaigns, and print channels* Collaborate with internal teams on campaign creative concepts and execution* Prepare deliverables for digital and print distribution* Manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards### Requirements* 2–4+ years of professional graphic design experience* Portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media graphics and branding work* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines* Commitment to high-quality, on-brand visual output that supports audience engagement and conversion goals### Preferred Qualifications* Prior experience designing for Islamic or nonprofit organizations* Capability to produce motion graphics or video editing contentSuccess is measured by consistent delivery of high-quality designs, designs that drive audience engagement and conversion, and efficient turnaround on creative requests.
